Background
Dior Latin America teams managed product launches through a calendar that was difficult to use and poorly designed. While Dior provided recommended launch dates, each country needed flexibility to adjust timelines based on local product availability. The existing experience made this process confusing and slow.

UX Research
Through user interviews and observed task flows, we closely analyzed how teams planned and adjusted launches throughout the year. Users consistently struggled with basic operations such as updating dates and understanding launch dependencies.

Approach
Rather than redesigning the calendar all at once, we worked in short cycles to validate assumptions with users. Research insights informed early prototypes, which were reviewed and adjusted through continuous feedback. This allowed us to move with clarity, reduce risk, and focus on solutions that genuinely improved the user experience.

Solution · 01
We redesigned the launch calendar to provide a clear, centralized view of all product launches throughout the year. The new interface made it easy to understand recommended dates and apply local adjustments — reducing confusion and enabling teams to plan launches more efficiently across countries.

Solution · 02
To support teams working in dynamic environments, we introduced a fully responsive mobile version of the calendar. Users could review schedules and make updates directly from their mobile devices, ensuring changes could be handled on the go without disrupting workflows.
